Male, 30-40 yrs, Caucasian. Non-speaking role where patient will be interacting with doctors. Shoots Wednesday 6/21/17 from 1pm-4pm.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

2. Self-tape the following *video audition and submit before 5pm Saturday, 6/10/17
*Videos filmed with mobile device or tablet are acceptable as long as the audio quality is good. PLEASE turn the device to the horizontal position only. Auditions filmed vertically will be rejected.
- Dress is polished, FITTED attire (no layers). Makeup and hair- natural yet polished.
- Slate (name & agency), state location base AND, “I confirm that I can SELF-REPORT BY CAR to Hyde Park, NY”.
