[FEMALE PATIENT]
Female, mid to late 30s, Hispanic, Latina talent with brown or black hair. Normal build, height/weight proportionate or slightly overweight.  Talent will chat with the compassionate healthcare provider during the shoot, as they’ll be acting out a faux exam/health evaluation.  Must provide casual (no t-shirts) and business casual wardrobe options (as you would dress for a doctor’s appointment).  Shoots Thursday 3/23 in Poughkeepsie, NY from 3-5pm. Must self-report by car (mandatory).

[MALE PATIENT]
Male, mid to late 30s, Caucasian. Normal build, height/weight proportionate or slightly overweight.  Talent will chat with the compassionate healthcare provider during the shoot, as they’ll be acting out a faux exam/health evaluation.  Must provide casual (no t-shirts) and business casual wardrobe options (as you would dress for a doctor’s appointment).  Shoots Wednesday 3/29 in Poughkeepsie OR Rhinebeck NY (TBD) from 12-2 pm.  Must self-report by car (mandatory).

[ELDERLY PATIENT]
Female or Male, age 60-79, Caucasian, with gray and/or salt pepper hair color.  Normal build, height/weight proportionate or slightly overweight.  Talent will chat with the compassionate healthcare provider during the shoot, as they’ll be acting out a faux exam/health evaluation.  Must provide casual (no t-shirts) and business casual wardrobe options (as you would dress for a doctor’s appointment).  Shoots Thursday 3/30 in Poughkeepsie OR Rhinebeck NY (TBD) from 2-4:30 pm.  Must self-report by car (mandatory).
