RATE: $1,200/8 hrs + 10% talent agency fee + $160.00 travel stipend + copy

Male, 25-30, any ethnicity. An injured man is collecting workers compensation…but everything is OK because he has Travelers insurance. Talent will have a broken leg/cast.

SELF-TAPE INSTRUCTIONS: (shoot vertically on devices against simple background, make sure you are well lit and there is no background noise)
- dress is polished casual

- state on camera, “I CONFIRM THAT I CAN SELF-REPORT TO NORWALK/WATERFORD, CT” (mandatory)
- state on camera, “I AM WILLING TO BE CLEAN SHAVEN”
- zoom out full body & profiles; zoom headshot (shoulders top of head)
- MANDATORY CLOSE-UP OF BARE FEET: bottom AND top perspectives (see attached reference images below)
- perform 3 different reads: “Bon appetite, Petey” (HAVE FUN WITH THIS!)
